We have mitigated the need for and in some cases fully replaced the need for staff through the use of AI to support our internal operations. Imagine having a developer just updating what they did for the day, week, or month with a few sentences, then having our systems convert that to type entered, automatically propagated to our billing systems and within seconds, we are ready to issue an invoice.
This is not even to mention the use of AI to be the mammoth force multiplier when developing products for our customers.

We excited to introduce our concept of “Closed Operational PODs” to the industry. We have discovered that happy developers are able to deliver good code at a fast pace.
Our PODs are self managing entities. This means they get to dictate their work schedules, technologies, engagement, SDLC, who is part of their team, and so much more. They are responcible to their clients expectations and their deliverables..
Decentralized Organizational Model
Our concept of “Closed Operational PODs” allows us to structure our company in a way that no other company can. We don’t need middle management, we don’t need to set development standards, we don’t need to recruit, we have relinquished so many responsibilities that most companies feel the need to control when in reality, that is not required.
Because these all operate as individual/decoupled entities, we can easily scale horizontally without having to continuously add overhead to our company.
Shared Services
Our company is managed in-part by our AI powered software, which is the shared services pull together all of our PODs, clients, and operations in such a way that we no longer need dedicated staff to manage, sort, and execute common tasks.
We make it easy for the do-ers to input their tasks which is in-turn processed through our entire system with ease. As a developer, imagine just typing in something as simple as “I helped {Client x} for half of the day developing a new upload feature on the client onboarding page”. That is enough information for our AI to convert the input to a structured data set, absorbed into our all of our systems for invoicing, time tracking, etc.
Our model has successfully helped our clients bring back development from near-shore to a less expensive, higher quality, and higher velocity on-shore model!
